Jennifer Golin
Advanced Nurse Injector, BSN, RN, Owner
Jennifer Golin, our founder and owner, is a Registered Nurse and an Advanced Injector. Jennifer is a Nashville local having attended David Lipscomb high school and graduating from Belmont University with her BSN in Science of Nursing. She started her nursing career at Vanderbilt University Hospital where she worked for almost a decade. She entered into aesthetic nursing in 2007 working with a local Dermatologist. She later became a head nurse at two other local medical spas. In 2014 she branched out on her own starting Splendid Skin. In April 2018 she opened the doors to Splendid Skin in Franklin Tennessee. With over a decade of skin care, laser, and injectable experience, Jennifer has dedicated herself to providing comprehensive and quality care to her clients. She believes the value of her services are found in the details and is committed to providing an extraordinary experience to each of her clients. Jennifer believes each person is created with a unique physical artistry and her goal is to “simply enhance each individual’s natural beauty.” Jennifer resides in Franklin Tennessee with her husband Paul and their four children.
Ximena Ayala
Aesthetician & CLIENT COORDINATOR
Ximena Ayala is a licensed aesthetician and a graduate of Aveda Institute in Nashville, TN. She has a passion for helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals and radiate confidence. She’s committed to ongoing education to ensure her clients receive the latest and most effective, personalized care possible. When Ximena is not in a treatment room, you might find her exploring the city of Nashville, indulging in some retail therapy, spending quality time with loved ones, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Dakota Kearns
Registered Nurse
Dakota Kearns is a Registered Nurse originally from Springfield, Ohio. She earned her BSN degree from Wittenberg University, where she also played collegiate volleyball for all four years. Soon after finishing her degree Dakota made a life-changing move to Nashville Tennessee! While discovering a new town, Dakota launched her nursing career in dermatology. Here she acquired extensive experience in the management of a variety of skin conditions and developed a comprehensive understanding of skincare, which ultimately paved the way for her transition into the field of Medical Aesthetics. With 3 years of experience, Dakota is dedicated to providing clients with a personable encounter they will love. She excels in delivering natural-looking results that enhance existing features. Dakota has a genuine passion for the field of Medical Aesthetics and believes that her God-given mission is to help clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. When Dakota isn’t at the office, you can find her enjoying time with her husband, frequenting a local coffee shop, browsing through Target, or spending quality time with her miniature wiener dog, Maple.
Dr. Nicholas Tarola
Medical Director
Dr. Nicholas Tarola is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with extensive training in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast and body. A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Tarola graduated from Muhlenberg College and obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia where he stayed to complete his residency in general surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Finally, he moved with his wife and children to Nashville where he completed his plastic surgery training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
