A team member will be reaching out via phone to confirm your appointment upon submission. If you submit your booking request after 4:30pm CST, you will receive a call or text the following day.
To book an appointment, please fill out the form on our booking page or call the Splendid Skin office during our business hours. For all Splendid Skin appointments, a non-refundable $75 deposit is required at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be applied towards your total at checkout.
In order to provide the best quality service and to respect our providers’ time, we kindly ask that a 24-hour cancellation notice be given for all appointments. On the day before your appointment, you will receive a courtesy text or call to confirm your booking. If you will be unable to make your appointment, we ask that you call to reschedule. In the event of a same-day appointment cancellation or no-show, we offer a one-time grace cancellation. Any future same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in Splendid Skin retaining your appointment deposit.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete client paperwork and answer any questions you may have about the service. We understand that conflicts can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, if you anticipate being late, we ask that you call our office prior to arrival to inform us so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appropriate timing for each service is reserved when making each appointment. This means if you are late on arrival we cannot exceed your reserved time, as our schedule is often full.
